The FlamingoWinds sites contain several demonstration features that are readily adaptable for small business or nonprofit websites: A Demonstration Homepage for a Legal Aid Society, with menu, adaptable to a law firm’s site. (Recommended by American Legal Research in their Legal Aid Society Section). Note that the links on the menu are disabled. The features of the latest version of Flash were used to create an interactive color picker that displays over 16 million colors. A calendar script which is fully customizable was also created. Humorous explorations of the capabilities of Flash, including a “hit test”, rollover effects, and a watch that tells the actual time on the user’s computer, were used as “signatures” for a Flash design forum. Another “signature” showing that a lot of content can be included in a small package. |
